Cherries prevent gout

Cherries_(2543171151)According to a letter from Torquay, Devon, in The Times of 18 September 2014, attacks of gout can be avoided by eating cherries [Prunus cvs.]; ‘six a day is enough and I have mine in cherry yogurt.’
