As usual in London, few people were seen wearing red roses on St George’s Day, 23 April 2022.  A few people laying wreaths at the Cenotaph during the Royal Society of St George’s Annual Cadet Parade wore real or artificial roses, and later in the day a few Pearly Kings and Princes wore artificial roses at the celebration in Trafalgar Square.

Note added 27 April 2023:  Spent St George’s Day 2023 in the Foleshill area of Coventry, a very multicultural area, no red roses seen.
