Halloween decorations in front garden of a house in Oakmead Road, Balham, London Borough of Wandsworth, 27 October 2022.  No other property in the road had any decorations.

Comment by Julia Ruxton, October 2022:  ‘Clearly it takes a bunch of Ukrainian kids to really decorate for an English festival.  This lot were put together by “my” refugee family and the Ukrainian family downstairs.’
