006Vivian Tuffney’s Nettle Cookbook:  Recipes for Foragers and Foodies was published by the Natural History Museum, London, earlier in the month, price £9.99.        

It contains ‘over 35 delicious recipes for appetizers, main courses, desserts and drinks, from soups and spiced meatballs to shortbread and sponge’, and is lavishly decorated with images of plants from the Museum’s extensive Picture Library.
