October was a productive and enjoyable month, with 35 items of information being received from 23 contributors, so that the Archive now contains 9102 items from 3134 contributors.  Particular emphasis was given to collecting material via social media, especially Facebook.  Thank you everyone.

The five walks which were arranged were mostly well attended, though one attracted only one participant.  A new talk, Straw Bears and Onion Fayres –  Travels in Search of Plant-lore, was delivered via Zoom, and seems to have been well received.
