On Thursday 9 March Roy Vickery will be leading a wild flower, and more general natural history, walk starting at the Woodfield Pavilion, off Abbotswood Road, Streatham, London Borough of Lambeth, starting at 11 a.m. and continuing for c.90 minutes, after which refreshments will be available at the Pavilion; free and booking not required, just come along.
This is the first of three walks, the others being on 19 April and 11 May.
Report: The day started off very wet and rather cold, perhaps because of this only one person turned up to the walk, none-the-less we were able to spend a happy 90 minutes discussing local plants, in dry weather before the rain started again.
