An event in the Horniman Gardens, London, on 9 September yielded a good number of interesting memories and contributions via the website added to the Archive, which now contains 6576 items of information from 1605 contributors.
Although the Archive is primarily concerned with Great Britain and Ireland, information from all parts of the world in welcome, particularly if this adds to our knowledge of the distribution of British and Irish beliefs and practices.
Searches of the website continue to fall, down to 3439 compared with 4578 in August. Users of the website are reminded that it contains only a small proportion of the total material held in the Archive; if you can’t find what you want please contact the compiler.
