2. Yellow corydalis is locally here known simply as ‘the Portsmouth weed’. It seems to crop up on walls and crevices everywhere here. Probably, a lot like Buddleja, it will have found a niche environment post war on old bombsites [Gosport, Hampshire, December 2015].
