Billy’s place, Oxted, Surrey

STASY 017STASY 016                                                                                                                                                                                     On 20 June 2016 17-year-old Billy Plowman was found dead in a car in Chalkpit Lane, Oxted, Surrey.  The site, ‘Billy’s place’, is now (11 July) abundantly decorated with flowers.
