December was another quiet month with very little being contributed to the Archive – only five items from four contributors, two of them new.

29 posts were added to the  P-LA website’s blog page, and 226 searches were made of it (up from 225 in November).  The number of useful messages received via the website remains disappointingly low, with only one such message being received (down from two in November).

Two winter wild flower hunts were led, bringing the total number of events for the year up to 38; visits were made to the Tenbury Wells Mistletoe Festival, and the Cutting of the Thorn Ceremony in Glastonbury.

One minor publication was produced:

‘Thoughts on walks’ [reflections on 40 years of leading plant walks], The Bedside (Wandsworth Society) 2024: 16-17.
