The 17th annual International Spronkers Competition was held at the Jenny Lind pub, in Hastings, East Sussex, on Boxing Day, 26 December, 2025, starting at 2 p.m. and continuing for about two hours.  See post of 28 December 2018 for details of the history, etc., of this event.

Although the main bar was crowded the Competition attracted little interest from most people, and Hastings RX Morris were vigorously partying in the back bar.

Although advertised as ‘international’, as in 2018, all of the competitors appeared to be local people.  Unlike 2018 when most people seemed to have entered rather casually, most of the 2025 competitors seemed to take the game far more seriously.
