My partner discovered an abundance of oyster mushrooms in our local park.  In true Cretan style we collected a few for lunch.  Amanites or Manites are a wild mushroom on the island of Crete which grow in profusion.  They are also sold in the local markets and supermarkets in huge abundance [Morden, Surrey, December 2020].
