Big Nature Day takes place at the Natural History Museum, London, on Saturday 23 May from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. This event encourages natural history societies to display their wares and discuss their interests. Participating groups include the South London Botanical Institute -www.slbi.org.uk – which will have a display focussing on elder (Sambucus nigra) incorporating material contributed to Plant-lore Archive.
The displays will be on the Museum’s west lawn and in the surrounding area. There is no admission charge.
