Easter garden in the churchyard of St Peter and St Paul’s, Chaldon, Surrey, photographed 29 April, 20 days after Easter, 2023.  The notice reads: ‘Chaldon Easter Garden.  This garden is here to focus our thoughts on the narrative of Holy Week.  It represents the place where Jesus was buried.  In the background is the place of the cross (Golgotha) represents the place where Jesus was crucified.  The tomb represents the earthly tomb where Jesus’ dead body was laid.  You will notice the stone remains in place until Easter morning when it will be rolled away.’

There were two other Easter gardens, on windowsills inside the church.
