A note posted on 12 December 2022 discussed a shoe-tree beside a skate park in Maidenhead, Berkshire. A row of horse chestnut, Aesculus hippocastanum, trees beside Kings Field Skate Park, in Hampton Wick, London Borough of Richmond-upon-Thames, is similarly adorned with many pairs of trainers.
