Although the compiler was away for part of the month things remained stable.  After two exceptionally good months the amount of information returned to its usual level, with 15 items of information being received from 15 contributors, 12 of them new.  Thus the Archive now holds 9998 items from 3983 contributors.

15 posts were added to the website’s blog page, and whilst the number of user searches decreased the number of useful messages received via the site increased.  Thanks to Nick Dalton for his note on welcome-home-husband-though-never-so-drunk.  Thanks also to Matthew Oslund Barker for his notes about round-leaved wintergreen.

Eight events were led, attracting a total of approximately 83 people.
