Plant-lore Archive – May 2023

Posted on by royvickery |

May was a satisfactory month with 16 items of information being received from 16 contributors, 11 of them being new.  Thus the Archive now contains 9220 items from 3210 contributors.

A number of plant-lore events, including the Aston-on-Clun Arbor Tree Day and Oak Apple Day at Northampton were attended, and several, mostly well attended, walks were provided for various south London organisations. 15 posts were added to the website’s blog.

It was reported on 9 May that 3,790 hard copies, and 445 kindle versions, of Vickery’s Folk Flora had been sold.
