Tuesday 24 February: Winter Tree Identification Workshop, at the Woodfield Pavilion, Tooting Common, starting at 3 p.m.
Report: Six enthusiastic people turned up and apparently enjoyed an hour or so examining and discussing twigs collected from local trees. From March onwards it is hoped to hold follow up events exploring Tooting Common’s varied flora.
Wednesday 25 February: Queer Plant-lore: Signs and Symbols, an on-line talk, starting at 7.00 p.m.
Report: About 20 people attended, and seemed to enjoy this talk, although questions and comments at the end were rather few.
‘Fab talk‘.
‘Thanks Roy, plenty of food for thought.’
