An account of the 2024 Knollys Rose Ceremony and its history can be found elsewhere on this website.  In 2026 this annual event took place on Tuesday 3o June.  Participants assembled at All Hallows by the Tower in the City of London and at 11 a.m. set out in a rather straggly procession to the Mansion House, stopping on the way at the garden in Seething Lane to collect a red rose for presentation to the Lady Mayor.  Participants wore red roses and onlookers were offered such roses to pin to their lapels.
